Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - Retail Customers

For your convenience, UK Royal Mail postal charges are included in the purchase price of goods. There is a small handling charge of £2.00 applied to orders of less than £10.00 to cover our administration costs.


For heavy items over 2kg we use our preferred parcel carrier UPS. Fully Tracked.
There may be shipping surcharges to your delivery postcode if it is in a remote area, or not in Mainland UK, and these surcharges will be payable in advance of shipping the goods. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible by email with the required additional payment amount. Once paid, your goods will be released for shipping.
You can of course cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Terms and Conditions.

We will normally dispatch stock items within one working day of receipt of cleared payment. If the item is out of stock, you will be contacted to determine what course of action you would prefer.

Our Cut-Off time for same day shipping via standard UK mail is 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Our Cut-Off time for same day shipping via UPS is 10.30am Monday to Friday.

If you need your goods urgently for next day delivery, you are advised to call the office to check availability and to confirm that it will be possible for the goods to be shipped the same day.

If an enhanced service such as Special Delivery is selected in the checkout process, we still advise that you contact the office to make sure that your goods are available for same day shipping. Any orders placed after 3pm and not notified to us will be shipped on the following working day.

Non stocked items will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt at our offices.


Due to increasing postage charges, small packets are sent in the UK via Royal Mail Second Class Post, and International items up to 2 kg will be sent using standard Air Mail.

Where enhanced services are available, such as Recorded or Special Delivery (UK Only) AirSure Priority Airmail (2Kg Max) or International Signed For Service (2Kg Max) these will be available for selection during the checkout process. 
If you do not select an enhanced service, we regret that it is not possible to provide tracking information on your shipment.

If you need your goods urgently, are worried about them being lost or stolen in transit or at your point of receipt, then select an "Appropriate" delivery service.

If your shipment is delayed, we are unable to initiate any searches for "Lost Items" or issue replacement goods until the full period of 15 working days as specified by the Postal Service has elapsed.

Where an International package is in excess of 2Kg, "HEAVY ITEM" we will need to contact you with shipping options prior to shipment. Any additional shipping charges will be payable prior to shipping.

Please note that it is still possible in some circumstances to pay for the items in the basket before shipping charges have been calculated. This does not mean that shipping is free, and any additional shipping charges will still need to be paid in full prior to releasing the goods for dispatch.

Duties & Taxes.
Any and all Import Duties, VAT and Local Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. BEST Fittings Ltd accepts no liability to pay any charges on behalf of the purchaser. If goods are returned to BEST Fittings Ltd because of unpaid duties or taxes, we reserve the right to pursue the purchaser for any costs incurred to BEST Fittings Ltd in respect of non payment of Import Duties, VAT and Local Taxes.
