Payment Options – Internet Retail Customers
For your convenience, payment can be made using the following methods:
1. Pay online with your credit or debit card through SagePay™ 3-D Secure™ (3DS) online card processing system. Please note that not all credit card types are accepted.
2. Pay by calling us on 01747 312672 from within the UK or #44 1747 312672 International. Please call during our normal office hours, 9.30am to 4.00pm GMT Monday to Friday with your credit card details, where we will process them through our fixed card payment terminal. Please note that not all credit card types are accepted.
Please note that although there are different currency display options, all payments are settled in GBP. Any prices shown in currencies other than in GBP are a guide only.
What is 3-D Secure™?
3-D Secure™ (3DS) is the new technical standard developed by Visa and MasterCard designed to combat online credit card fraud. Cardholders who have registered for Verify by Visa® or MasterCard SecureCode® use their password to validate their identity whenever they make a purchase on a participating site.
Payment Options – Trade Customers
Credit Account Trade Customers: Orders placed through the website will be allocated to your approved credit account and processed in the normal way.
PAYGO Trade Customers: Orders placed through the website will be held until your cleared payment has been processed to our bank account, and then your order will be processed in the normal way.
