SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – Retail Customers

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED WHEN A VALID COUNTRY AND POSTCODE ARE ENTERED IN THE CHECKOUT PAGE. ALL AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND PRICES WILL THEN BE SHOWN.

*For your convenience, most orders over £10 are shipped free to Mainland UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post or courier service. Excludes Omega Compressor where additional charges will be added according to your delivery area.

A £2 surcharge is added to orders under £10 to cover order administration costs.

International items up to 2 kg will be sent using an Air Mail Tracked Service.

For orders over 2kg we will normally use our preferred parcel carrier, and the service is fully tracked. There may be a surcharge on courier services where the shipping destination is outside the carriers mainland UK zone. If this applies the additional shipping cost will be shown in the cart during the checkout process.

We will normally dispatch stock items within one working day of receipt of cleared payment. If the item is out of stock, you will be contacted to determine what course of action you would prefer, otherwise non stocked items will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt at our offices.

If you need your goods urgently, for next day delivery, or need to check availability and to confirm that it will be possible for the goods to be shipped the same day, you MUST contact the office by sending an email to: [email protected], or by calling 01747 312672 from within the UK or 0044 1747 312672 International. Please call during our normal office hours, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4pm. Please quote your order number if available. Please note that we do not guarantee that your package will arrive on a specific date. Any delivery times shown on our website, or given by our office staff are estimates based on the information available to us at the time, and are a guide only. We will of course do all that we can to assist with any enquiries relating to late or missed deliveries.

If an enhanced service such as Special Delivery is selected in the checkout process, you must contact the office to make sure that your goods are available for same day shipping. Any orders placed that are not notified to us by phone will be shipped on the following working day.

Where enhanced services are available, such as Recorded or Special Delivery (UK Only) AirSure Priority Airmail (2Kg Max) or International Signed For Service (2Kg Max) these will be available for selection during the checkout process. If you do not select an enhanced service, we regret that it is not possible to provide tracking information on your shipment.

If you need your goods urgently, are worried about them being lost or stolen in transit or at your point of receipt, select an “Appropriate” delivery service.

If your shipment is delayed, we are unable to initiate any searches for “Lost Items” or issue replacement goods until the full period of 15 working days as specified by the Postal Service has elapsed.

 

Exceptions:

Incorrect Shipping Charges:
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that shipping charges are calculated correctly during the checkout process, there may be rare instances where they are unable to calculate correctly due to remote locations, off shore areas or other unusual factors. We reserve the right to ask for additional shipping charges prior to shipping your order, but please be assured that we will keep any additional charges to the absolute minimum.

Co2 Cartridges are available for UK Mainland delivery only:
If your shipping destination is outside this area, you should be notified in the checkout. It may still be possible to pay for your order, but this does not mean that we will ship your order. We will contact you to ask whether you wish to amend or cancel your order.

Duties & Taxes:
Any and all Import Duties, VAT and Local Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. BEST Fittings Ltd accepts no liability to pay any charges on behalf of the purchaser. If goods are returned to BEST Fittings Ltd because of unpaid duties or taxes, we reserve the right to pursue the purchaser for any costs incurred to BEST Fittings Ltd in respect of non payment of Import Duties, VAT and Local Taxes.
